When a contact form message is submitted to the site through the forms available, we will collect and store all the data provided to us through the form fields. Like with comments, we will store the user’s IP address and browser user agent. This is done so that submissions can be filtered in an effort to reduce spam submissions.
Cookies/Sessions
When leaving a comment, you can opt-in to having your name, email address and website in cookies. This is meant as a convenience for you, if you want to submit future comments. The cookie expires a year from the creation time.
A cookie can also be created when you log into the site with your user credentials. This cookie will not contain any personal data, and will be discarded when you close your browser.
Upon logging in, other cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies will last for two days, or after you log out (whichever is sooner). Screen display choices will be saved for a year.
An additional cookie will be saved if you are able to make changes to or public articles. This will only contain the ID of the article you changed or created. It will expire after a day.
Uploaded Media
If uploading images to the site, it is recommended to avoid uploading them if they contain EXIF GPS data. This can be used and extracted for malicious intent.

Any embedded media within the pages of this site will also collect data according to their sources’ privacy policies.
Gravatar Usage
An anonymized string created from your email address (known as a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. This is done to personalize the comment you’ve submitted with the profile picture found there.
Spam Detection Services
Your comment and/or submission data can be shared with an automated spam detection service while filtering of spam is conducted.
Your Rights You Have over Your Data
If you have an account on this site, you can request a file containing all your personal data the site collected relating to you and your actions on the site, along with all the data you provided to us.
You can also request that your data be removed from the site at any time. We will, however, keep some information that is required for administrative, legal or security purposes.
